●1997年又首创该机，获国家专利ZL97227154.6。
●该机冲裁频率0—180次/分钟、170万粒/班（10粒/板；8小时/班）；高产、低耗为您节省投资，降低运行（包装）成本。

●板式正式吹塑成型，辊式热封，包装效率高；
●可与通用上料机、掉头上料机、圆盘振动上料机配套使用；
●PLC 控制，无极变频调速，高速范围冲裁 0 — 180/ 分钟，（冲切）；注：根据板型长度，决定冲切次数；
●加热方式：内热式加热，智能温控；
●具有长充填平台，可提高成品率，可加装传送带；
●水冷：循环水或自来水（外接） 。
