●该机设计者 1981 年研制成功我国首台铝塑包装机 JYB-81 型（现欧仕 DPA250 ），已销国内外近千台。
●1997 年又首创该机，获国家专利 ZL97227154.6。
●该机冲裁频率 0 — 180 次 / 分钟、 170 万粒 / 班（ 10 粒 / 板； 8 小时 / 班）；高产、低耗为您节省投资，降低运行（包装）成本。
●外形美观，全部不锈钢蒙面，全封闭，符合制药行业 GMP 生产要求，质量可靠，运行稳定，可按不同生产规模进行选型。
产品特点
● 板式正压吹塑成型，辊式热封，包装效率高；
● 可与通用上料机、掉头上料机、圆盘振动上料机配套使用；
● 人机界面， PLC 控制，无极变频调速，高速范围冲裁 0 — 180 次 / 分钟，（冲切）；注：根据板型长度，决定冲切次数；
● 加热方式：内热式加热，智能温控；
● 具有长充填平台，可提高成品率，可加装传送带；
● 水冷：循环水或自来水（外接） 。

●This produst developed in 1981 by its' decigner, i.e Model-JYB-81 (DPA250), AL-foil packing machine, has been sold to the quantity of almost one thousand.
●In 1997, this model of packing machine was patented by our China, numberes with ZL97227154.6.
●The frequence of cutting is 0-180 times/p.m, 1.7 pills each working shift of 8 hrs, 10 pills per board, which means high efficiency and low energy consumption, with packing loot reduced.
●The product is of good and beautiful appearance, and its face coverd by stainless steels, All this design measures up with pharmaceutical production's GMP requinment. ●Blistrs to be formed by positive pressure through blowing the plate, hot-sealed by rolling and high effiaincy in packing.
●This product can be co-ordinated with ordinary tiller, adjustab filler and filler of round disk vibrator, in use.
●This product features PWS, PLC control, frqunce-converting of stepless, high-speed cutting: 0-180/p.m ( affention: cuttingtimes depend on the board length )
●Heating way: inner heating, automatically to-control.
●A long platform for filling medicine increases the production rate, available with conveying belt to be added if ncessary.
●Water cooling: circulating water,or tap water to be connected eaternally.
